Côté Mer Villa is a unique villa on the waterfront of the quiet and secluded Anse La Blague of Praslin. The Villa has all the amenities of a fully functional house, a large terrace and a beautiful garden. Snorkeling is possible from the property as there are steps leading to the sea. On the Anse La Blague beach, excursions, fishing trips or scenery tours can be organized with local residents of the neighbourhood.

How to get here

Driving from Baie Ste Anne towards Anse Volber on the way there is a junction you turn to the right, drive about 5 minutes on the way you will find the Hotel called Iles Des Palmes, carry on until you will find another small hotel/restaurant named Anse La Blague Hotel keep on driving straight until you will find the only green gate on your left hand side. There is a bell outside the gate that you can ring for attention.

It's very secluded and you definitely need a rental car, but if you are looking for a romantic getaway it's perfect. There is a beach nearby, but there is also a private access to the sea at the house with a hammock and sun loungers. We would definitely recommend a stay."

"Peaceful Paradise. I was in desperate need of a secluded break from work. This house is amazing and as some reviews said, it is better than the pictures. The house was spotless clean and very well take care of. The landscaping is immaculate which makes it feel like a five star resort. This is a very peaceful quiet side of the island and not too touristy. The host is in a near by house but gives you perfect privacy and has recommendations if you ask! A couple tips for future guests:- rental car a must have on Praslin, and especially with this house location.- the beach is perfect for snorkeling and swimming, and if you want soft sand beach you will have a very private one literally 2 mins down the hill. - two separate bedrooms with own bathrooms, great for two couples or a family.Thank you so much for having us!”
